Homland Group, as well as 6 others, partners with the Anambra State Government to bring development to the state, and also build a new GRA.

Out of the about 72 applicants, Homland Group was by credibility and capacity , among the 7 real estate developers the Anambra state Government partners with, to bring massive developments to state.

The Ministry of Lands, and the Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency (ANSIPPA) in the presence of the Governor of Anambra state, represented by the secretary to the state Government , officially handed over assigned sites to seven (7) real estate development Groups . These Groups will create unique, smart , and prosperous residential and commercial homes within the Awka Capital Territory,and drive diasporia-investment, home.

More so , the  7th of  February 2023 marked the beginning of a new era of real estate development in Anambra State, and it is the believe of the people of Anambra that over 2000 jobs will be created for Anambrarians through this project.

For the Homland Group, this development is giving birth to our 5th estate called Homland Paradise estate Awka, Anambra state, which is being rushed by the who is who in the East, and in the Anambra state in particular.
